Who these terms are with
This website, miamiwindowtreatments.com, is operated by Urbanika Interiors LLC, doing business as Urbanika Shades (“we” and “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
Quotes and consultations
What you read on this site is general information. Nothing on it is an offer or a price commitment: every job is quoted in writing after we measure, and that written quote, once you accept it, is what governs the work.
Colors, fabrics and features depend on the manufacturer and can change. Photos show product types and styles, not a promise of the exact result in your home.
Text messages (SMS)
What you are signing up for. If you tick the text message box on our form, Urbanika Interiors LLC may text or call the number you gave us about your request: replies to your enquiry, scheduling and reminders for your consultation or installation, follow-ups on your quote and customer care. These are informational and transactional messages, and some may be sent by automated means.
It is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask for a quote and hire us without agreeing to receive texts.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop them. Reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (786) 394-7172.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your mobile number and we do not share it, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties for marketing. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy policy.
Content and trademarks
The text and design of this site belong to Urbanika Shades. Some photos are supplied by manufacturers or image libraries and belong to their owners. Product and brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the website itself. This does not limit your rights under a written quote you accept or under Florida consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
